I used this method a few years ago and it was very profitable where I live. How much you excactly earn depends on your location and how much work you put in.
Before you start you should first read everything twice and think about it. Because you either lose money or make some.
1.] Buy a android box (starts at about 30€)
2.] Install KODI (https://kodi.tv/) and set it up
3.] Sell it for a higher amount as a multimedia device.
I've bought my android boxes as bulk in a local store for about 22€ and sold them for 50€ = 28€ profit. I would recommend to buy 1/2 for the beginning and look how its going.
