This actually a legit way , no sketchy schemes or anything.
In order to be eligible for 15 $ + 15$ For refferal you have to do :
1. Go and download Monese application

3. Verify your identity
4. Order a free Monese mastercard
5. Once received, top it up for any amount, and make one transactions ( even bubblegum for 10 cents)
6. You will receive 15$
7. Invite others to get 15$ from them
You can either use the Monese bank or just forget it, but i must say it's pretty convenient, and the card is free, so it's only pros.
