With this method you'll be able to downgrade to any version.

Step 1 - Find the system folder
Dig here: \Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\system
Step 2 - Open the cmd
Hold SHIFT + Right Click
Then hit Open Command Window Here
Step 3 - Find your wanted Version
Live Users - http://l3cdn.riotgames.com/releases/live/projects/lol_air_client/releases/releaselisting
PBE Users - http://l3cdn.riotgames.com/releases/pbe/projects/lol_air_client/releases/releaselisting
For example: I want to go back to 4.20, then I'll use 0.0.1.107.
To find the version you are looking for, simply type on google "0.0.x.xx lol patch" and look at the results
Step 4 - Making a backup
Go here: Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\projects\lol_air_client\releases\
Then rename the highest version with like 0.0.1.151 > 0.0.1.151_backup
Step 5 - Downloading the old version
Type this command in the cmd: rads_user_kernel.exe InstallProjectRelease lol_air_client 0.0.x.xxx -debug
Now be patient and wait
Step 6 - Bypass 1
Go back to \Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\projects\lol_air_client\releases\
And rename your old version (in my case 0.0.1.98) to the one that you renamed 0.0.x.xxx_backup
Ex: 0.0.1.98 > 0.0.1.151
Step 7 - Bypass 2
You will need 2 things:
LoL Enhancement Suite and Keep my Update 0.3 to skip the update of lol and other checks
Now you can patch the mod
Note: If the server tells you "Client Version 5.XX is rejected by the server" you must edit file inside the mod, called Version.asasm and replace the version with the newest one
To find out the newest version, reopen the KeepMyUpdate0.3 topic and scroll down until you find Version List:
And then repatch
Step 8 - Transfer config
Simply copy lol.properties from the backup folder and copy it to the new folder
