Does anyone have any experiences with "torbuy" and is it relieable?

I came across this onion site called torbuy on Torch browser it is one of the first reccomended sites and has a confirmed banner on it (i dont know how much more trustworthy that makes it) and i saw that they sell stuff like paypal transanctions credit cards and stuff like that. Just fot $70 u could get €590 transferred to ur paypal. It sounds a little too good to be true to me, it has allot of good reviews but its thejr own private site its not like they use sellix or something so i dont even know if they are real. Does someone have experience with them? Gotten scammed or bought something and ACTUALLY received it? Pls lmk
