Does anyone else notice how many 'new girls' there are in the community?

I keep seeing 'hello i'm the new girl' or 'i'm the new girl' threads.yall noticing it? I mean I be capitalising on it and trying to talk but for whatever reason I cannot even see the thread once I click it. So whats up new girls I am the 'new guy'(yes I am quoting someone)
