Does anyone else have sleep paralysis?

Iv'e gotten sleep paralysis many times but it recently stopped. Sleep paralysis is when you wake up and cant move a single muscle and you often see some weird stuff. One of the things iv'e seen during sleep paralysis is a girl with long hair over her face crawling up my bed. It was one of the scariest shit iv'e seen in my entire life. Comment some things you've seen during sleep paralysis if you have had it.
