So around 2 weeks ago, I blacked out on kpins and alcohol and went "carhopping," at one point I almost broke into someone's house as well but I barely remember what events transpired that morning, anyway I got charged with petty larceny and possession of burglar's tools. I think there were one or more charges that was a felony that I was able to get dropped because I have no priors and I've been cooperative with the probo officer.
I'm in diversion, so I'm told, so that I don't have to go to court and appear in front of a judge, but the terms for that is I have to go to a drug evaluation where they'll make me do at the very least outpatient drug counseling, or if they deem my drug use severe enough they'll send me to rehab, but I dodged up to a year in prison so I'll gladly play by their rules for now and prove to them that I know what I did was wrong and work to improve myself and my habits.
Moral of the story? Benzos are best left untouched. fugg this shit, lmao. But hey, this is a good time for me to learn and grow as a person, because I genuinely do want to get better at maintaining my drug use and attaining overall better communication and decision-making skills.
