Discovering the wonders of sauerkraut juice

Wow, where has this been all my life? I bought a bottle of it at the grocery store. Used it in borscht for tartness and you can't taste the "kraut" in it. I see a myriad of uses for it....cocktails, any soup that requires tartness, salad dressing, potato salad, deviled eggs, collard greens, etc. It's also a refreshing drink when chilled. https://vidmate.onl/
