Discord and Protonmail accounts get autobanned over Tor?

Maybe you have experienced the same, when trying to create a discord account over Tor it gets flagged down for phone verification immediately. So far nothing new, but now even that doesnt seem to work anymore, it just keeps saying "invalid number". Does anyone know a workaround for creating discord accounts over Tor?
For protonmail it usually doesn't even let me create an account and just immediately bans it after the required email verification. Does anyone know a soltuion to this one? A few months ago it was still working fine over tor. Any alternatives? Have tried tutanota but it also just got autobanned.
