I've been following this for my weight loss journey. Don't leave without a +like or +rep!
1. Gather a handful of veggies- brocolli, peas, carrots, corn, beans, and chop off coriander.
2. Boil it with ample of water, don't throw away the water.
3. Add a half spoon of flour starch mixed with water to the boiled water.
4. Grind the oats into fine flakes.
5. Add oats to the boiled veggies in the water. Let the oats cook.
6. Add the coriander right before a few minutes of turning the flame off.
7. Enjoy with some crunchy bites of baked chips (rep+ and request for the recipe if needed)
Optional: veggies and meat- chopped into fine pieces.
Vary the ingredients so you can eat healthy and not get bored!
