I'll be here teaching you something very simple and interesting
1 - Go to "C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\projects\lol_air_client\releases\0.0.1.159\deploy\assets\sounds\ambient" (If in a different directory, look for the sounds folder).
2 - Look for the mp3 file "ChmpSlct_DraftMode" and copy it somewhere else if you want to return to the original
3 - Delete this file and place the .mp3 (any song) of your own, renaming it to "ChmpSlct_DraftMode"
4 - If you want to change BlindPick music, just do same process with the file "ChmpSlct_BlindPick"..
