Config help to enable cookies

hello guys im trying to make a config for a certain site but is saying (this website bla bla bla .com)is using a security service for protection against online attacks. This process is automatic. You will be redirected once the validation process is complete means i need to accept cookies but the only cookies i get are 2 cookies and even if i parse the cookies i get the same error message?anyone having the same problem in any other site?
