I wrote this a while back when I was messing about in VB and it's helped me a lot, even though it may have a few bugs. I have a much simpler one I will make a separate thread for.
The exe does throw false positives (2/66) due to the nature of what it does. If you don't trust me just run sandboxed or in a VM.
