I would like to share the latest CSV MOD for as of the latest update of COC (1/26/2016)
BEFORE DOING THIS BACK UP THE UPDATE FOLDER FIRST, use it at your own risk.
Requirement:
Need a "rooted" device/bluestacks and root capable File Explorer. i use ES File Explorer, Common Sense.

Procedure:
- Download the rar attached
- Extract the content to "/data/data/com.supercell.clashofclans/update/" (if there is no update folder create one)
- Make sure that the files inside the CSV and LOGIC folder has read, write and execute permission. (just check the properties of the files just to be sure or else it will not work.
- If you cannot see any files on "/data/" directory it means that your File Explorer has not been granted with root capabilities.
