CoC - Botting w/ Windows VPS?

Hey guys. I have a few questions regarding this.

• Can you run Bluestacks on a Windows VPS & using a CoC Bot to do shit for me?
• Are there any high ban risks on certain stuff, than other?
• What should I use, and what would it profit me without getting banned?

I have an CoC account I barely check, i'd like to bot it (like pick up stuff every now and then) since I can't manage to save up to 2M, as people keep killing my base and taking the money.
What I am imaging:
- I buy a windows VPS From OVH.
- I run it 24/7 with CoC, doing really basic stuff (That profits me in long term).
- I won't get banned, since those shit are so basic? xD
