Changing the signature/polymorph a loader or dll

Hi guys as we all know injection of the scripts are now can be detected by riot and this is why we are getting banned everytime. What i wanna ask is, is there anyone who knows how to change the signiture of a program or dll in otherwords polymorph it ?
