Send a Riot support ticket with the correct full email address and location of the owner. The correct birth date is also helpful to have.
What's the point of getting on cracked accounts if you can't even maintain complete ownership? I know people enjoy suddenly having access to Platinum/Diamond accounts that have tons of champs and skins, but I'm here to show you guys how you can change the password and email to any verified League of Legends account.
Once you find an account you truly want, login on the official League of Legends website on the corresponding server.
Then, head over to the account settings. Do NOT change anything. If you attempt to change the email or password from the settings, Riot will send an email to the verified address, thus alerting the account owner. We don't want to do that. In order for us to to be able to do anything, we need to know the full email address.
The email on the account will be censored. For example, [email protected] might appear as ****[email protected]. We are going to want to try and find out the full email. This is the hardest part because there are so many variations. Most times, however, all it takes is some common sense. Some people use their username or Summoner name as their email. If that's the case, move on to the next step. If not, you're going to need to do some work. I suggest copying the uncensored portion of the address and doing a Google search. You might not end up with much, but depending on the uniqueness of the address, you might get lucky.
Once you've gotten the full email address (or think you do), we're going to need to know the location of the player. The Riot Support ticket will ask where the account was made, and I've found that they simply base their verification on the full email and basic account knowledge such as location and relative date of account creation. Again, we're going to need to do more investigation.
With the addition of Facebook integration on League, you can use recommended friends to your advantage. Simply go to Add Friends on the LoL client and view the recommended Facebook friends if the account owner decided to connect their account. Then, using the person's picture, find them on Facebook. This part shouldn't be difficult if the Summoner name is similar to their real name. In most cases, it won't be, so you're going to have to trace mutual friends and find the central Facebook account that is friends with every recommended friend in the LoL client. If you find their Facebook, and you are positive that it is them, try to get as much information as possible like location and even birthday. Riot Support asks for the birthday listed on the account.
Another method is to search the Summoner's name on another platform such as Steam. Let's be honest, we all have that one username that we probably use for many services. Again, this will take some common sense. If the Summoner name is not very unique like "Soccerboy", there is a high chance that they are different people. Consider a name unique if it doesn't contain a dictionary word or if there are bunch of numbers. If you do find a Steam account that you think is owned by the same guy, they might have their city and country listed.
Hopefully by now you have enough information to fill out most of the Riot Support ticket. You're going to want to send a ticket claiming that your account is COMPROMISED. Simply say, and feel free to quote, that your email has been deactivated by your email provider and that you are receiving unauthorized logins when playing League. Say that you need to change your password and that you believe it might have been compromised because you use the same password for other services. Works like a charm, and it puts the blame on other services rather than you being irresponsible with your account.
I know this has been long, but if you truly want an account, you're going to need to outsmart the security system. I hope you guys find success in this, because it has worked for me once. I know it's difficult.
