In the US, carders stole a Lamborghini Huracan sports car from famous baseball player Chris Bryant by gaining access to his email. This was reported by Carscoops.
Bryant, who plays for the Colorado Rockies, signed up for a shipping company to transport his Lamborghini to Las Vegas (Nevada), but the car never arrived at its destination. During the investigation, the police found out that the logistics company's corporate email had been hacked. The attackers managed to reroute the car to another destination in Las Vegas.
The car was eventually found after reviewing CCTV footage. The suspects in its theft have been detained. During the investigation into the theft of the athlete's Lamborghini, police found two more stolen cars, as well as fake registration documents.
