im sick and tired of people racking up accounts from previous posted lists and presenting them again to get their leech level to go down, it's easily spottable and it happens everyday, not only it compromises the people trying to claim said accounts but it's 0 effort to them and just a way to abuse this site without having to create new accounts everytime.
