Can anybody teach me how to crack accounts?

I want to contribute in forum by sharing accounts. But i know nothing of cracking. Its my dream to learn cracking. Can anybody teach me how to crack accounts, at free of cost?

And one more thing is, is it risky to being a cracker? Should i go thhrough some secured proccess while
i am cracking?
