Bypassing firewalls

Hi, I'm not sure if this is far too elementary a topic but I'm guessing that some people here may not be good with computers, just like I was years ago. So I'm posting this to help these people.
If you're in a country that bans specific sites by firewall, there is a way to access them anyway. You simply have to use Google's public DNS on your network. For specific instructions refer here: https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns
