Ok, so I recently made this for myself and my girlfriend and I have to say, I was very pleasantly surprised by how well it turned out. I've ordered Blue Apron meals before and messed those up. This meal is idiot proof and you should be able to make it pretty easily. It has to cook for 50 mins and it can be prepared in about 15 mins. Enjoy!
