So I'm obviously trying to lose weight and build muscle. So I thought I'd give any others on this forum a trick for building muscle. It's called Drop Sets. What they are is instead of going for a set number of lifts with your usual weight, you go until you can't anymore. Then you drop it by 20%-30% and repeat. It's a hell of a sweaty workout and you'll be sore as fuck afterwards, but it's guaranteed to build muscle and burn fat. Follow up tip, after your workout, try to get a protein shake or meal within 30min. It aids in recovery.
