I figured it'd be a good idea to post this thread I made on another forum here. It's very useful.
1. BitPay Visa Debit Card. No monthly fee, card costs $10 btc. Use it anywhere that accepts Visa.
2. Use it at any ATM. $2 or $3 fee.
3. Adding Bitcoin - I'd recommend NOT using your Bitpay wallet.. Send an invoice via "Add Funds". (They expire after 15 minutes.)
Open and scan the invoice bar code or address provided. Up to 15 minutes to send.
4. Smallest fees - Keep your fees at lowest
REMEMBER THIS: If the wallet holding the btc has received said btc from multiple sources, there will be a higher fee. (Network fees for each of the transactions.
There are also no fees for purchases and may be used online.
There IS a fee to transfer btc from your Bitpay wallet to the card. (stupid I know.)
5. Buy/sell bitcoin with the Bitpay app. Purchase Amazon cards from it. You can also setup direct deposit for your card account free.
