Best way to learn Photoshop & AE?

I'm looking to indulge myself further into photoshop and after effects. Eventually moving onto youtube animations and stuff. Where can I find a lot of information on how to better myself at this type of stuff? I've tried the surface internet, but nothing there really helps out and i'm looking for a really nice in-depth tutorial that I can use.
