Hi there here's a chocolate cookie recipe my gf created while in quarantine and ill share it with you.
ingredients are
1 cup butter
3/4 brown sugar(browner the better. It makes the cookie softer)
1/4 white sugar(makes the cookie crunchy, add more to get crunchier cookies)
1 egg
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup flour
1/2 tbsp salt
1/2 tbsp baking powder
cream the butter by using mixer, add the sugars and eggs until they dissolve and uniform in look. Mix the flour, salt and baking powder into separate container and then mix them to the wet ingredients. Add the chocolate chips.
Bake for about 20mins depending on the size for about 175 degrees.
