Best champion to ladder

Well, anyone who ever tried to ladder, faced a problem when your skill(sometimes concerned with your scripts) is highier then opponent`s but you team is pulling you down. So, have you got any advice. At my opinion the following scheme is pretty legit:

• Bronze -> Gold
  Here you need champs with huge sustain or great procasts. Very likely, you will be able to gaught enemy team with big aoe spells and instantly turn team fight in opposite direction. Most of your opponents will get baited easily.

• top: Darius
• mid: Veigar, Katarina, Annie, Kennen, Karma
• jungle: Warwick, Lee
• support: Blitz, Annie, Kennen, Karma, Leona
  not sure if bot is good idea, since your lanemate can let you down hard easily in this elo.

2. Gold - > Plat is pretty much the same, but here you can caryy with adc, since your support, probably won`t just feed 24/7. Also not mobile tanks can be get caited hard. So here you, probalby, want pick something mobile to roam and secure objectives.

• top: Nasus, Singed, Rumble, Riven, Shen
• mid: Annie, Kennen, Lissandra, Fizz
• jungle: Lee, Rengar, Kha, Udyr, Quinn
• adc: kalista, corki, vayne, cait
• supp: Blitz, Annie, Kennen, Leona

3. Since Plat, I feel, like you should play around current meta hard. List patches and follow streamers advices, since here rito loves to change player`s directions rediculously
