With BTC @ ~$1575...
I'm looking for a site that pretty much lets me deposit BTC and convert that to a USD balance on the site. From there, I would want to be able to use the USD balance to buy BTC later without needing to verify ID.
Currently, I'm looking at Spectrocoin, but I can't confirm whether or not this would be possible without ID. If any of you guys have information on this I would appreciate it
