Best animes with a philosophical background

Have you ever watched an anime that made you think? If so, which one? I'm a philosophy teacher and I see that my students really like anime. I want to include some in my classes to make them more interactive, showing that philosophy is everywhere, starting with the places where they already feel comfortable speaking and discussing.
