Why in the world can other players still access your recycling? This doesn't make any sense in any situation that I can think of.
I have now switched the private to farm some of the lower 4x missions because I have been running a constructor and every single time I place my base some kid immediately runs over to check if they can collect anything from it. In over half the missions I did on public someone would camp up next to my base for the rest of the mission trying to steal my recycling. The best part about this is that I don't even run recycling on this loadout but it doesn't stop the little assholes from trying it anyway!
