Looks like Niantic banned Azure servers (by Microsoft).

Maybe there is more, but was enough for me reading this.
Anyway, as I had the same problem, I was searching for the solution.
Found solution for me. I am using a VPN on my VPS and it works again like a charm.
Countries I've been connected so far: USA, Argentina, Spain, Germany and Finland.
I am using Vypr VPN with Chameleon 256 bit encryption.
You need to have premium or pro subscritpion for this, as I tested basic and it does not have Chameleon protocol included.
If anyone have the same problem - there is a solution.
Maybe more VPN providers have good ones, don't know, I just shared my solution.
