Are any Champions canonically dead?

Finally got around to watching season 2 of Arcane and was really surprised that Ambessa dies considering she just got added to the game and I just assumed the entire League of Legends roster was alive within the lore.
I don't know the lore outside of Arcane since I just stopped keeping track of it after like their 5th retcon so I was wondering if any champions outside of Arcane is canonically dead.
