Apparently I don’t know the difference between a zucchini and a cucumber anymore.

I’m 57. Been making the dinner for, oh, over 25 years now. Last night I was in the middle of prepping a casserole dish (hot dish if you’re a fellow Minnesotan) and after slicing up two long, cylindrical green things I realized they were cucumbers, not the zucchini I needed. No zucchini in the house so the dish was served sans veggies which my husband said was great.
