Anyone has any idea that pegasus malware is fixed in android V9 or v10 or not?

i am reading a lot of news from facebook and other sources, i accept that the pegasus created by NSO is highly dangerous stuff and it already affected around 51 people from India. Facebook won the case against NSO but it is already spreading rapidly. i am using Android based device Running On V9 so i am currently not sure whether this thing is secured from Pegasus or not.
