Any level 30+ account nobody needs anymore?

I was wondering if there was anyone who had a level 30 or higher account that they are not using any more, i'd like to have an account to use in EUW because im away from NA for a week and would like to have an account to play on for the time being, approximately 1 week if you would like I could play ranked on it if you want as a high elo player from NA i might be able to get u a few ranks higher depending on what your starting rank is but if you wouldn't like me to I wont.
