Any idea how to recovery verified (to me) acc?

So i have HQ NA region acc. I verify it to my email. Password was really hard. Now i try to check it with checker and it show that acc transfered to EUW. I tried log in on euw but it show wrong password. I do a "forgot password" request on league website na region and i get link with password change link. I do that but still can log in, it show wrong... Someone trasnfered this acc but its still on my email, so how to get it back? CAN PAY FOR HELP!
