Any advice on ranking up?

Like every other person on this forum probably, I’m stuck in silver 2. For a while I’m pretty sure I belonged there, but recently I’ve been stepping up, practicing aim, learning more map and grenade knowledge, etc. Often I will get top frag/lots of mvps but we end up losing because some tard is going 0-16. Is there any way to get out of this hell other than premades or hacks? I’ve literally been here for the entire time I’ve played the game and it feels like no matter how much I improve, I never rank up. Please god at least give me silver 3 for a change.
