Android rat help

Can somone help with android RAT i tried everything but its not working i cant get that conection i know i miss something so can somone help me with this i tried no ip i tried port forwarding tutorials i tried ngrok but nothing worked for me. Can somone recomend some good RAT for android or some tut how to port forward or is that even the best way to control RAT over wan. ANY help would be great ,here to learn and listen
