Anabolic french toast for shredding or losing weight

Based on greg doucette's anabolic french toast he has for every breakfast, but I made some personal changes,
Low calorie sliced bread
Egg whites
Splenda zero calorie sugar
Any whey protein powder
Cinnamon powder
Light greek yoghurt
Canola oil spray
Sugar free maple syrup
First just get a large bowl and mix the egg whites, sugar, whey protein powder, cinnamon powder and the light greek yoghurt. Then do a quick 1-2 second spray over the pan with your canola oil spray. Put the sliced bread's into the bowl and soak up all the mixture properly on both sides. Then simply put the sliced bread's on the pan and after cooking for each side for about 2-3 minutes it's done so you can then stack the toast up and put some sugar free maple syrup on and voila! Super easy and quick recipe that I constantly eat everyday now cause it's basically like eating healthy pancakes to me and doesn't really feel like I'm dieting. Depending on how many calories you need to consume you just add more slices of bread and slightly increase the other ingredients.
