Tip #1:You can make a paypal account even without credit card,i get endless ammount of people telling me they cant make a paypal account because they dont have credit card.
Tip #2:When selling stuff,make sure to sell your things to trusted buyers,selling your stuff to strangers can be dangerous since they can chargeback at any time and paypal have completely no protection over it.
Tip #3: This tip is extremely important,THEY MUST PAY YOU FIRST,THEN GIVE THEM YOUR STUFF.I have seen a ton of people selling stuff and actually give their stuff first then expect payment... the buyer could simply just take your stuff and never pay you... always let them pay first,Then give them.or expect to be scammed with not a tear of sweat.
