Hello everyone, hope yalls doing great.
Recently my refunder refund an amazon order using FTID. After 6 days I got this email from them (I already got my money in the bank account):
Hello,
We are writing to let you know that we received an incorrect item instead of the original item, XXXXXXX, in your return of order #XXXXXXXXXXXXX
We are discarding the INCORRECT ITEM that you sent. We will be happy to accept the return of the correct item at your earliest convenience.
We expect and understand the occasional problem with a return. However, there have been repeated problems with returns on your account. We want to bring this to your attention because continued failure to follow our policies may result in you no longer being able to buy or sell on Amazon.ca.
If your account is closed, any unused gift card balance as a result of a refund on an order will no longer be available. Your balance will not be redeemable or transferable.
You can learn more about our policies by visiting the Conditions of Use & Sale page at the link below:
www.amazon.ca/conditionsofuse
We cannot issue a refund for this order until we receive the correct item. Please return the correct item to us by AUGUST 27, 2021 if you would like a refund.
If you would like to appeal this decision, please reply to this email to reach an Account Specialist within 30 days. Our Account Specialist team is unable to provide support via phone or chat at this time.
I wonder if they will rebill me? Since my friend also got this similar email but a lil bit different at the end instead of "we cannot issue a refund...", he got "We will have to recharge you for the item if you do not return the correct item...".
If they are going to rebill me, what should I do? Should I act like I sent out the correct item and dunno anything about it? Or I can cancel the credit card with my bank?
Thanks a lot for your help!
