Hello,
I bought a DJO mavic mini from amazon warehouse for about £410 then followed Bob's refunding guide for FTID (Hermes). I found a different bar code (not bar code but the code on Hermes amazon returns, the one with lots of dots on it).
I waited 14 days and on the 14th day, I got an email saying they received a different item than original. They won't process refund until the right item is received.
How can I get past this?
I did FTID before using the same method and it worked. Not sure why it didn't work this time. Maybe they checked the tracking code by scanning the bar code?
Any help would be appreciated.
