Amazon account after hacking, what to do?

Hey guys I hacked Amazon account for the first time recently. Booth accounts are very much active with active orders, CC+ email access but probably not for long time. I am a starter, a newbie. I am wandering what i can do with that accounts. Should I close them and do nothing, or I can order something for myself. I was reading some stories about people how they offering things for themselves and not get caught. Is that possible anyway?
Any help and advice would be priceless.
