Advice on making bank with receipt printer

Would anyone be so kind as to share their best methods of making huge profits or products by printing receipts? Surely its a dying scam, but there still must be a few good methods for decent scores. Also, anyone know of a font identifier app? Where I can scan a receipt and search for the matching font? That would be handy. I wouldn't normally mess with this but the crew got a hold of a zebra and wanna see whats what
