Abuse a VPN to buy stuff?

So, I thought of using my bankcard to buy stuff. The bankcard is obviously registered on my name, my information is on that. But, what if I use a VPN, purchase some things on the internet and then, when I have to pay the money back, because I wouldn't get any negative balance with my bankcard, could I say that I got hacked and someone else purchased what I purchased? So that I get all the stuff for free?
