A question about routers.

So, how much amps of power supply router like this one works with (cuz i cant find such info): https://www.amazon.com/TP-Link-AD7200-Wireless-Tri-Band-Talon/dp/B01FRP2758/ (Im just wondering what power the latest new routers have)
Also i bought like few months ago TP-LINK ARCHER C2 which doesnt support dd-wrt and i was so sad cause i was looking for good router with detachable antennas but realized that it doesnt support dd-wrt later.
Is it good idea to buy cheap router like TL-WR841N, install dd-wrt on it, remove the antennas and put this instead:

, how do i increase its supply, cause this little router is made to work with 5dBi antennas. Also how can i possibly wire it with external beam antenna instead of omni directional one?
