A better alternative to energy drinks
.have a handful of nuts if youre not allergic
. slice up a ripe banana, add some blue berries.
. in a bowl, pour some milk, full cream , i like chocolate
. so depends on what you like
. add the sliced banana and berries and enjoy.
. bananas provide high source of potassium, fibre and vitamin b6, and C
.berries give you copper, folate and vitamin k
.nuts give you that much needed protein and healthy omega fats
.lastly milk provides with calcium, protein and lots of vitamins
blending also works pretty well.
