15 games for 1 chest which contains a champion shard or ward

Playing a champion for 15 GAMES only to obtain a SINGLE CHEST which gives you not a costume about the played champion nor a good costume of a random champion instead gives you a RANDOM CHAMPION SHARD, or WARD, or EMOTE or if you that lucky a crap skin??? I've been playing this split, I got several chest from champions and %80 were useless rewards. I have played 15 games for that chest and what I got in return??
