1. Place your order and wait for it to arrive. (I dont recommend purchases over 100€) 2. When it arrives wait a few hours, open the app and click on the “Refund” button 3. Now, depending on the products youve ordered, youll take different routes. 4. TECHNOLOGICAL PRODUCT: If you have ordered, for example, LEDs, something that you have to plug in, just take a photo, in this case of the LEDs plugged in, then unplug the LEDs and take a photo with the LEDs turned off/not working. This way it appears that the electronic product is not working. 5. PRODUCT WITH 1 OR MORE PARTS: In the case of products that have more than one part, just hide one of the parts and show that something is missing, then you wont be able to use the product properly. 6. ANY OTHER PRODUCT: Just say that it hasnt arrived, show that thereS nothing in the box and theyll be obliged to give you a refund. EXTREMELY IMPORTANT tips: - Do not make more than 1 or 2 refunds per account. (I usually always do 1 per account and that what I recommend) - Avoid using the same address, as you could burn that address. - As I said before, avoid orders over €100. You can always use your creativity, because that what refunds are all about, your ability to create a credible story to get your money back.
