Get a VPN for example HMA VPN. Obviously it costs money but just get a account on this forum (don't leech).

Make a account in Argentinia, for me it ended up in Brazil but thats okay too.

Buy a GC from that country, firstly check the price of the game. (For me it was 75R$ which is about 8€, because of sellers that want to make money with the geftcard you have to pay a little bit more)

Use that giftcard and buy New World.

If youre in the browser the whole time and didnt login into steam:
Close the tab and you can turn of the VPN/Proxy/... then login into Steam with the Account and login into the Account on Steam.
If youre on Steam the whole time:
Turn of youre VPN and restart Steam

Download the Game and Enjoy
Without that method I would have paid 40€, so i saved myself 27€
